Remote Therapy (Telepractice)
Speech, language and feeding evaluations are available, and appointments are usually available within 2 weeks of initially contacting us. Depending upon the nature of the assessment, multiple evaluation sessions may be necessary. Feeding evaluations most often require assessments with multiple professionals, so time frame may vary.
Parent training sessions are available for families in need of assistance managing feeding issues at home and/or school environments. Consultative services are also available for families looking for a feeding specialist to consult with their EI home-based team.
Telepractice services are needed more than ever now in the wake of COVID-19. In response, we have enhanced our menu of services to offer speech, language and feeding therapy and evaluation services remotely from the comfort of your home, through our HIPPA compliant synchronous platform. Call us today to discuss options, and determine if telepractice is the best option for your child. Please note that insurance carriers vary with regard to their level of coverage for telepractice services based on the terms and conditions of the contract.
